An email is being sent to all of you with a link to a website where you can get information on the Board proposed slate of Directors and a discussion of the Bylaws revisions and to consider forwarding your proxy to me to cast a vote for you at the Annual Meeting. This is vital in order for us to keep our non-profit corporation status<\/b>.<\/div>
